Stable Rotating Process

The HGKS series has two synchronously operating drive units which arrange for a continuous rotation with frequency conversion stepless speed controlling.

The distance between the rolls can be increased or reduced via lead-screw continuous to meet large range diameter of the workpieces. It also features advanced torque control control, ensuring smooth rotation even under heavy load conditions, which is crucial for maintaining weld integrity on thick-walled or heavy workpieces.
