Commutator damaged of welding rotator

Commutator damaged of welding rotator is common in welding process.Commutator common fault is burned hole surface, the commutation pieces fly out, the commutation piece and the commutator between the short circuit, the commutator out of round, commutator wear over, mica sheet protruding, commutator and Coil lead and so on.

Commutator surface burned holes, commutation pieces fly out, the commutator and the commutator plate between the short circuit, the commutator excessive wear failure, the commutator to be replaced, while the welding rotator also need to be replaced.In welding process we usually need hydraulic positioner and L type positioner,etc.So we should know the problem happening in the welding process.If you like my share, welcome to follow me.
